Most of my work has sat at the intersection of business needs, product delivery, operational clarity, and execution quality. I've worked across enterprise platforms, startup products, and delivery environments where the problem was rarely just technical. More often, it was about alignment, ambiguity, process, trade-offs, and making sure the thing being built actually solved the right problem.
Experience
Turning ambiguous business needs into structured requirements and shipped features across product and commercial teams. Designed a logistics cost recovery model projected to recover 60% of previously unmonetised shipping costs, and led a gap analysis on an AI-handled customer engagement flow that identified key conversion failure points now being addressed.
Also translated a one-line stakeholder brief into full requirements and mechanics for a B2B vehicle offer data tagging flow, working with product on feasibility and effort scoping to enable reporting and a path to automation. Built an operational moderation layer for customer testimonials to keep brand representation consistent across the platform.
Own growth and product quality for FinPersona, a receipt processing and personal finance product, now past 1,000 users and RM1.7M in receipts processed. Run live growth experiments that directly shape product positioning and messaging based on real results, not assumptions.
Built feedback loops connecting content, campaigns, and product so the user journey keeps improving in response to real usage. Coordinate across product and marketing to keep quality standards aligned with growth goals, owning QA end to end across the journey.
Led requirements engineering, QA, and post-launch support across a government-mandated procurement and material disposal platform spanning 16 PETRONAS entities. Led a team of 6 through manual and automated testing, SIT, and UAT to deliver the platform MVP, and maintained 99.5% post-deployment reliability through structured hypercare governance.
Cut manual processing by 40% across 300+ enterprise users through workflow automation, contributing to RM1.6M in cost efficiencies, and reduced production defects by 25% through stronger requirements validation. Also supported 300+ users through post-go-live operations, owning ticket resolution and user guide rollout to drive platform adoption.
